The Sheridan Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a volunteer group of adult individuals who have an interest in enhancing the educational and extracurricular environment at Sheridan School. Further information about PTOs can be found at the national PTO website.

In March 2006, the members of the PTO voted to eliminate the requirement that members pay dues in order to vote. It was the unanimous feeling of the membership that all parents, guardians, teachers and staff should automatically be members of the PTO by virtue of their connection with Sheridan and, as such, should be able to vote on all matters that come before the organization.
